Cancellation policy

pre-orders

placing a pre-order reserves a piece that's currently in production. payment is taken in full at checkout to hold your spot.

pre-orders are final. production starts as orders come in, so we can't cancel or change an order once it's placed.

pre-orders ship within 4 to 8 weeks of purchase. if anything shifts on our end, you'll hear it from us by email before that window closes.

if your piece arrives damaged or wrong, reach out within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right. otherwise, we offer exchanges on unworn, unaltered pieces in original condition. see our returns policy for the full details.
